材料:芋頭一顆、五花肉一斤、 脆梅若干、大蒜5-6粒                                                                              

調味料:醬油膏、冰糖

                                                                               

1. 芋頭切小滾刀塊、五花肉切7-8公分長、脆梅拍扁、大蒜拍扁切末                                                                              

2. 五花肉先下水燙至八分熟                                                                          

3. 撈起                                                                             

4. 接著炸芋頭,有點金黃色時即可撈起                                                                  

5. 接著炸五花肉,炸到表面金黃帶微焦                                                                                                                              

6. 在鍋子裡以醬油和蒜末拌炒至有香味 

7. 加入炸過的五花肉攪拌                                                                            

8. 盤子裡鋪好肉然後放冰糖                                                                              

12. 再鋪脆梅和芋頭,用蒸籠蒸2小時,或用電鍋蒸40分鐘    

13.蒸熟後將五花肉切薄片,約0.3-0.5公分厚度,排整齊,撒上香菜末裝飾                                                                        

13. 五花肉帶著梅子的酸甜,不至於油膩,芋頭香氣四溢 (我超愛芋頭的 ^^)
